I’ve always been told that chiropractors are BAD. no good. don’t do it. not ever. And that’s all I needed to know because I’ve never had a back problem….until now. You mean to tell me, my flat feet, running, and teeth grinding at night at something to do with the alignment of my spine and jaw? I did some heavy lifting when I was completing my most recent move and realized I was sore. Naturally thinking it was because I hadn’t worked out in a week, I kicked off the following week with back to back sets of Bikram yoga and could hardly walk, and I have been doing yoga for 3 years. Something wasn’t right.
After some x-rays it seems, my hips are off alignment, and I had some issues with a disk and the alignment of my back. Thanks to Dr. Trapp and her facility I felt like new the very next day. She practices the GONSTEAD method, and was an athlete herself so she can relate to working out and what it feels like. The more I learned, the more I loved the idea of getting an adjustment. No one pays me to share what I’m sharing, I wanted to tell you because I don’t want you to take a pill to solve your problems. Not once have I taken a single thing for pain since I’ve visited her offices. I did have a seat (and am STILL going) on her PEMF chair. It sends magnetic pulses to stimulate healing.
PLEASE GIVE HER A TRY. before you subscribe to something that doesn’t solve your problem, help prevent another one, but instead masks symptoms…take my advice..there’s always another way!
